Hi Coralie, I hope at the time you read this you are having a super day/night! Thank you for your kind words :) Life is meant to be enjoyed no matter what the circumstances life hands you and it is easier to accomplish with an attitude of gratitude for even the smallest things in life. My husband got up to go to work the other day (he is currently on the midnight shift and they recently shut down half the plant and laid laid off half the workers) and he said to me..."why do you have to be so happy all the time" then he left for work. I know where his feelings are coming from but I refused to accept his comment to me. After living with me for 30 years he should know that not much brings me down for long as I don't let it! If he could just wrap his brain around the thought of gratitude that at least he still has a job instead of concentrating about possibly being the next to go he would be much happier himself. When he got home the following morning he apologzed admitting it was a very stupid reason to be upset with me! I of course totally agreed with him that it was a stupid thing to say! Being negative about lifes ups and downs is non productive...be happy as much as you can and you will find much more to be happy about. Wishing you all life has to offer...
