Hello Joyce, I am giving Joyce a rating of "10" because this wonderful lady deserves that and much more. Joyce is of the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to come to know. She is dedicated to her community in New Orleans and is doing everything humanly possible to make things better there after the horrific damage done by Hurricane Katrina. She never gives up or in, she has strength enough for 2 people at least. I admire her for all that she stands for and does for New Orleans, and for her strong faith in God!
