Greetings, my GOOD Adland Friend :) I am coming up from declining health. I feel so much better since my last surgery. My spouse and I are enjoying 'empty nest' ~~ our baby boy will be celebrating his 23rd b'day celebration on the 14 and tomorrow is 1st day in class to become a certified welder ~ his career choice is solid :D

Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It's OK to fail. If you're not failing, you're not growing.
