Hello mike, hard sauce is the sauce that you use to dip your ice cream cone in and it gets hard, or you can use the chocalate or carmel sauce in the bottle.kathy martin

Nice Recipe Kathy. I'm not a PIE MAKER though. I can bake cakes and breads! Here is one I made last Christmas. I'm making more to give as little gifts to friends this year. ============================================ Spice Raisin Cakes 1 cup DANNON® Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup margarine softened 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup seedless raisins 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. 2. In a large bowl, beat margarine until well creamed. Add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until well combined. Stir in yogurt. 3. Sift together flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and salt. Fold into yogurt mixture. Add raisins and mix until just combined. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. 4. Bake 35-45 minutes or until tester inserted in center of the cake comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes on rack. Yield: 12 servings
