Yes, I'm sure Paypal is not aware of some of these sites but all it takes is a complaint from a jealous competitor or an angry customer and they will be aware. I've seen sites get their account frozen for these two reasons. Donna

Unfortunately I doubt any company that allows payments for MLM or matrix-type programs will ever be a serious challenge to Paypal because Paypal will always have better backing by Credit card companies. Credit card companies do not like MLM/matrix-type programs either. I suspect their reason is because the legality of programs like that is questionable in many U.S. states. I think any program that takes payments that doesn't offer a valid product is legally shaky (but I'm not a lawyer, so don't quote me :) on that ). Donna
