One from me especialy for vegetarians
Vegetable sponge slice ( this is use with hot or cold gravy ) or with meat and other
you can cubed for clear soups etc...
select vegetables of your choice to use :
carrots, parsneps, zuccini, sweet beat,kohlrabi small cabbage, pumpkin etc.
shredd these vegetable that you wish to use fine, mix these together to have 1/2 kg all together ad any seasoning you like, ad two cup of bread crumbs and 2 whole eggs mixed with 2 cups of yogurt.
Grease and sprincle with bread crumbs dish that you using to bake or just place in puding bowl and let boil for one hour if baking 30 to 40 minuts are enough. Keep well in the refrigerator and can be reheated on steam.
Good and easy for busy people have something ready for use, and always tastes fresh.
