Tasmania - Australia 12/08/2005 Hi, A little contribution to your festive season cooking This cake is easy to make , and can be used in lots of different decoration or filling 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup plain flour 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1/2 cup of sugar vanila essence 1 tea spoon baking powder 1 cup yogurt 1 cup= 250 grams Whip the whole eggs with sugar, add oil a mix well, add yogurt. Mix rest of the iggredienc with the flour and slovly add to the egg mixture. Spread on greased baking tray. This base of cake you can use for birthday cakes only add your decoration. You can use any fruit cut in cubes or whole cherries, strawberries etc that you dust little with flour and drop on the butter to prevent sink. The fruit will stay on the top , and bake on 180 to 200 , cca 30 minuts Warm Regards Eva ______________________ http://worldwin-ecard.com SAVING OF THE DECADE WITH WORLDWIN-ECARD.COM
