Linda, I have had to deal with just this issue a few weeks back. I incorporated an auto responder with a filter out on my browsers and it acts like search engines. I wanted to capture only those customers who were seeking what I had to offer. Once a keyword has been captured then the dance begins...to attract them to my site.
