Hi Linda, Thanks for the invite to your forum. I am trying to learn that everytime I go to therapy. With my past it isn't always easy to achieve that, but am a "Work In Progress" Thanks for sharing Your friend Donna aka texgirl

Linda, Thank you so much for this invitation. Yes, loving yourself is vital however, I think that to be able to love yourself you must first 'forgive' yourself. As God has forgiven you - you must forgive yourself. Through the act of forgiveness you can accept who you are in Christ and see yourself through the eyes of Christ. The old adage "God don't make no junk" is so true. Have a blessed and successful day!
