Linda, Thank you so much for this invitation. Yes, loving yourself is vital however, I think that to be able to love yourself you must first 'forgive' yourself. As God has forgiven you - you must forgive yourself. Through the act of forgiveness you can accept who you are in Christ and see yourself through the eyes of Christ.
