Hello Everyone Sorry for the delay here with the family Emergency but some things can't be helped. Thanks for all your Prayers and concern it was a trying thing at best but is working out for the best and within God's timing and supreme plan. I would like to say that you are the most awesome team that I have ever had the pleasure to see go to work and to get things underway. I want to Thank all the members for your hard work and to let you know that it is not in vain. A special Thanks goes out to Rick Martin for his effort to assist during this time and to Bogdan W,Steven,Kay,Holly,John S,LaNell and so many that have worked so hard. I want to say to you that this is truly the way it should be with a true team and indeed this is an awesome team of people. I am Back and ready to move forward as soon as possible. I would like to ask, with the Holidays upon us, Your opinion whether to move forward or to let the team take a break with their families through the Holidays? Let me know your thinking on this and we can act accordingly. Our next step is to put together the Board Members for a meeting. Then to have the Board and Group Leaders to Meet with me. I also would like to have the list of the updated teams as soon as humanly possible So that I may do some things to make sure that we are ready to go right after the holidays in the event that you decide to wait. For anyone who hasn't secured your adland email address please do so at once to allow us to finish the forums and secure areas. We are on the road to a prosperous 2006 and I want all of us to be ready by the 5th of January to be able to start the promotion process to arrive at our goals. Hi David, Lovely to have you back, Rick did a fantastic job in your absense. As you know Ashley, our board member had to move house in the middle of all this, and has up till now not been re-connected by her ISP, other members are away for a well earned holiday,we have still not been able to contact some for this reason to get the adland email address. There has also been a very sad bereavement for one of our members also. I would like to suggest that a break from this over this very busy holiday time would be appreciated. I am sure that once everyone has had a chance to spend Christmas and the holiday break with their family and friends that we will have a more than commited team in the new year. Hi David, It is wonderful to have you back with us again. As Team 5's Board Member, I would like to echo Holly Goodyers sentiment. I feel that all of us would be better served with a much needed holiday and time to spend with our family and friends. This will only serve to help us come back fresher and ready to go in the New Year.
