Hello Everyone,
First, I would like to thank The whole group for your support and caring about my situation. working together and addressing my concerns. That's what it all about coming together helping each other.
Next, I would like to make an apology to Rick Martin and the rest of the board members. For leaving the Boardroom without explanation and not clearly declaring who would have my proxy. I should have showed the VP of our Company more respect.
Getting upset is no excuse for not following proper procedure when exiting the Boardroom.
I told Steve Mccollum that he would have my proxy. But I should have specified it in the chat window before I left the meeting.
I was upset about allot of things not just here at WOSAT but at home also. My Wife just had surgery yesterday and everything went OK. She's home now and feeling better.
Next, I have never returned from some place I've quit before. Because it takes me a long time to make an assessment of the situation and would not have left unless I was sure of my facts and that there was no other alternatives to solve my problems or achieve the goals I have set for myself.
But, after having a long conversation with Dr. King Rick Martin and Kay Reeve.
All my concerns were addressed. I found my assumptions to be faulty. There was some assumptions that I had made that turned out to be unfounded and they were explained in detail to me by the officers.
I would recommend that if there are people out there like me unsure or making assumptions and just can't get proceed with confidence. To convey your thoughts to the officers in a small group (not a place like the Boardroom)Get everything out in the open and maybe they they will be able to help you like they have with me. What you believe, may not be as it seems.
Many arguments start with a misunderstanding that can be explained just by expressing your thoughts. Keep them to yourself and they build up over time.
So I'm grateful for the opportunity to return to the group with a clear conscience. Without all the negative thoughts I was having. And with a whole new perspective on things.
Thank You,
Mark Kross
