Hi Kay, Oooooohhh what a waste! What a waste!!! When the long awaited email arrived announcing the exciting news concerning the meeting on Hot Conference, I already hit the sack. I can't recall the time but it certainly was way over midnight that I shut down and called it a day. Anyway, thanks for forwarding me the minutes of the meeting, Supergirl!!! Am much obliged. I must commend that it's very detailed. On your comment that when you were spellbounded with the revelation on Dr. King's profile that you forgot to take down the minutes momentarily, what I suggest you may do in future is to record the conference on tape and then transcript it after. This will allow you to listen more intently and hands free!! Also allow me to touch on Dan's difficulty in logging onto the Conference. Maybe, just maybe, this could be of help to dear Dan! You see, Dan, when you clicked onto the Icon on your Desktop, you'll notice after all the preliminary razzmatazz in opening up, a smaller size log-in box simultaneously opens fronting the main Conference client. Below the words "please select Chat Room" is a dropdown panel. As you have a Kiosk Conference Room similarly installed, you must "click" on the arrow to drop the panel and select adlandpro.us which is WOSAT's Conference Room. I discovered, to my initial amazement, irrespective of the amount of Programs that you are involved with that has a Conference Room which you download, only one Icon for the various Rooms will appear on your Desktop and each Room may be logged into by your selection from this log-in box. Hoping this non-technical pointer helps solve your problem!!! Let me know, if it does, Dan!!! If not, being a non-techy, I would have to open it up to the experts to offer you assistance. Hi Johne, I am sorry you couldn't make the meeting. I believe you are 12 hours ahead of EST time so 5pm EST would be 5am. The final details weren't released untill about an hour before. The minutes you received were from the previous meeting, but last nights meeting was about the same but with a little more product explanation. Dr King has already got the notes for this meeting and will post them if he approves their being in public according to the details within them. I will send a copy to the group today by email. We have permission to use a conference room for the group so it would be good to get a few of us together. I have been waiting to get Sean some help with this before we schedule and Chad has now messaged Sean. As for recording, that sounds a great idea but I know nothing of how to do it. I said you would come to my rescue soon :-) in fact on re-reading your post, I would like to appoint you as Group 2 conference technician. I am sure the rest of the group will agree.
