Leanne. No it's not!!! Members from around the world are listed on the map. When you fill out the form, there is a button that say's 'Not in USA' click that, put down where you are & BINGO! You appear in your particular part of Australia. Also, if you click on the arrow's (left-right-up-down) you can move away from USA to Europe & Asia & on to Australia.
