Thanks Bogdan, Justin, I can identify with you. In 1997 I made a proposal to someone I thought I had a lot of respect for. He "appeared" professional (retired upper Military) and had been a friend. The proposal came at the time when I was first getting into my online ventures and I made a thorough proposal involving capital outlay and partnership sharing the profits.
