Re: What is your dream?
10/16/2005 3:28:36 PM
Hi Linda, My dream is to be able to achieve a fulltime income at home to help my husband. We moved back to SC to be grandparents ( 3 tiny ones!!) and the money he is making here in SC is only 1/2 what he was making in KS. We are in the process of buying a home here and I would like to bring in enough income to pay the house payments and provide the extra to help our children out with some of their needs. I can no longer stand 8 hours a day so my dream is to be able to do this from home with my online Christian Bookstore. My inner dream is to be able to once again get into my music (singer and songwriter, pianist) and share my music with the hearts of the hurting...this too will take the money that I pray my bookstore will eventually bring in. Of course...peace and wellness for all is something I agree with the others about!

Hi Linda, Thanks for the invite. On a higher level, I dream of a world where peace, tolerance and love abound...where no one has to be afraid. On an every day, practical level, my dream is to have people in pain and who do not want to injest chemicals all the time to discover Emu Oil as I have; and benefit from its anti-aging, moisturizing benefits as well. To further this dream, I want to be able to make a good living from Emu Oil Naturally, ultimately quitting my day job with the State. Blessings to all here at AdlandPro!

My Dear Dreamer :-) I have a vision of building a profitable corporation that will provide all my needs, my family's needs and fund the education requirements of future family generations. In addition I see the creation of a Foundation/Institution to provide education assistance to less fortunate people all over the world. Alfred Nobel, step aside. :-) Tell me this; How much would you really like to earn online per month? In 5 months I would like to be earning $2,199.38 per month.

I am so touched by these responses....

Hi: I am very touched by your posts. Mark, Arthur and Deb - your dreams and goals are very achievable. Very. Bryan - yours is too. It will take some learning to get there, but the good thing is that we all are capable of learning. Ricardo, your post touched my heart. How our children's dreams affect ours! I have taken my daughter to see Mickey Mouse... and now we are working on her newest dream. She wants to get her Bachelor's Degree in Art, so we are working on that. She is in her first year of a four year program. Rudy, your post made me smile. Do come back and tell me how the sales meetings went. Perhaps we can combine what you learn there with what you learn here to achieve your dream. Amena - I spent many years as a single parent (before I met Peter) trying to raise my daughter and help my Mother. I can relate to what's in your heart. Sharon, I very much admire what you posted. And yes, you are correct, retirement creeps up on us quickly. Did you know that 94% of people do not have enough money when they hit retirement age and have to rely on government or family? What a scary thought. Carol, I can relate to your situation, too. When Peter and I moved to Toronto, our wage didn't go down - but the cost of living was double compared to where we had been. To Lorraine and Jack -- do you know what I noticed? Almost every post here talks about helping someone that we love. It's posts like these that renew my faith in people as a whole. Thank you for joining in. And last, but not least (at least for now) -- Karen, I can remember thinking all the same things when I first got divorced many years ago. I wanted to be able to provide for my daughter and not have to worry about every penny. That's when I put my small business online because I felt that a world full of customers sure beat one small city of customers. I did it -- and you can, too. Success is possible for anyone that is willing to plan, work the plan - and change the plan when needed. If you've already posted your dream, click here for step #1 If you're just joining us now - please do share your dream with us! : ) Linda
