Hello Bogdan, thanks for the invite. Your absolutely right about that. Sometimes you have to make decisions that no one else wants to, even if it means somepeople my disagree or dislike you. Happy Valentines Day!!!

In my experience I have found that being a leader means building trusting relationships with your members. The members that have the "stick to it" attitude are those who know I have an "open door" policy. They know they can get the truth from me and that we really listen to and care about one another. They also know I appreciate them and have faith in them. In my business experience I found that leaders who thought the best way to get results was to position themselves above their team were leaders that failed miserably.
I have a house for sale. Please take a look and tell your Florida-bound friends. http://133circledrive33905.com I will pay the person who refers a qualified buyer. Thanks, Joan

To be a leader you first must know where you are going especially if it is the road less traveled. This means you must have a purpose that drives you. You must be so convinced of that purpose it permiates your being and has others convinced that you really do know where you are going and they will want to follow... Now some may just follow because it feels good to beside someone else who feels good and doesn't complain and is radiating positivity. But others may follow because they want to get to that level of positivity also. If they are to be leaders too they have to have their own purpose of they will always be a follower. Those that learn that they need their own purpos it begins to permiates their whole being generate their own circle of "followers" Unfortunately some will never follow they may tag along for awhile and complain about this and that and never absorb the positive aura about them because they still have not yet found their true purpose. I don't think anyone can make others do anything they don't want to do but having a purpose in life is a powerful thing... what is your purpose? ... hmmm didn't teach that in school... well it's not too late to figure it out... think about it and write it down and commit it to memory. Think about it morning noon and night. Have faith and beleive in yourself... Become passionate about your purpose... so that it drives you to action and others will follow... try it - you'll like it... *smile* Wow... Bogdan... that was a good one today! And I don't even know much about sports - lol.
