Judith, I totally agree. A great read is a (non-specific to any MLM) book titled "The 45 Second Presentation That Will Change Your Life" by Don Failla. It's completely the basis on which I build my business. My business is built on duplicating personal use of noni juice 3X3 but I'm greedy and I really want 5 leaders to teach & support. Once I have leaders then the business is no longer about my personal business but completely about doing everything in my power to support building their businesses. Then it is totally about duplicating that. Training them to train their sponsored people. Start as you mean to finish, don't do anything that you don't want duplicated 1,000's of times over. Watch what you say & demonstrate because that WILL be reflected in youir downline, like it or not! Thanks for your thought and opening that up for conversation. Great topic Judith.

Hi Sergey, thnx for inviting me to your forum! Five years ago I stepped into a worldwide known MLM company without thinking or investigation. This turned out to be my biggest mistake. Anyway, I learned a great deal from this mistake. Two years ago I decided (after severe investigation this time) to join what definitely will be my last MLM company. My reason to join this specific company was because of two P's: passion and products. The compensationplan came second. (When the products are no good and you cannot find any passion in whatever you do, no compensationplan will prevent you from failing.) The company I joined is in the wellness market now for almost 3 years, they double their turnover regularly, products are outstanding and easy to sell. The founder and his spouse are people with a passion and mission.
