I was glad to read the success you have had in losing weight.
About 16 months ago I started taking an energy drink. As a result of that I started walking 3 times a week for about 45 minutes each time. Then after a month of that, I wanted to go a little faster. So I started to alternate jogging a few hundred yards with walking a few hundred yards.
Now I have been able to jog on a somewhat regular basis. However, this summer the humidity has been quite high in Florida and this has adversely affected my jogging. Nonetheless I was able to lose a few pounds. Apparently, centripetal obesity is not very healthy these days.
In conjunction with exercising I started taking a meal replacement drink which has a rich creamy chocolate flavor which I like.
