Here are some tips from the Bizzy Blogz Executive members area.
TIPS:
Once you login it brings you to your control center. You are here now!
To add an avatar/small pic, click on 'edit my profile'.
Once you have 'all' of the content that you want on
your blog, then click on; 'send pings'.
This will get you listed on the other blog hosts.
Then you can continue to add more content when ever you want.
And after you do this then click on; 'trackback settings' and enable 'Trackback Default for New Entries' and 'Autodetect Trackback URLs' so if any one on another blog see that you have the same kind of content....they will also visit 'your' blog.
You can upload files in image form to add pics to your blog.

PING TIP
When going to ping to send out your blogs, just click on the "Ping-o-Matic" url and submit your blog url from there. Much more to choose from to send to.
Also.... a good tip to get thousands upon thousand more to read your blog is to add a little content to your blogs either daily, or even a couple of times a week to get the major search engines to pick up on your blog.
Search engines are making it a TOP PRIORITY to search for blogs and list them because of their rising popularity.
And if you submit an RSS feed....well then..you will for sure make a BIG impact.
Oh sure....you can spend countless hours submitting to mailing list, surfing traffic exchanges and submitting to safelists....all of the ooooold fashioned ways.
