Ken, Thanks for the article, very informative and quite pertinent to threads I've seen over the past couple or three weeks. I found it interesting, after receiving some polite but firm education here at Adland about the rules of etiquette, to see a different kind of forum recently. I visited a forum on a site about New Orleans. I was somewhat shocked and a little amused to see how a free-for-all with regard to rules quickly degenerates into name-calling and bad language. Amused because although there has been some heated discussion here at Adland, I haven't seen anyone posting "You're a *%#@!*& idiot." It's nice to be a part of a professional community. All the nicer when you see the alternative. Cheri
