It is a highly intellectual quote that could
be viewed from many angles. It is my belief
that there is a Fear Mechanism that God has planted into the psyche of mankind for his own
preservation;therefore, no one can escape the
emotion of Fear. Understanding that a Lion
could tear one to pieces is good reason to
stay away from Lions which in itself is
tantamount to the fear of Lions. In this case
Fear and Understanding would appear to be the two sides of the same coin. It is a different
story if you are conducting an experiment in a lab-Understanding then becomes knowledge.
