Re: Why do we Invite Friends at AdlandPro ...

I have a few friends that are telling me "my main company" doesn't have a good product. These people haven't spent time even reviewing it. I think they are being short sighted for not taking the time to review a new program that has shown a lot of positive interest....but they are RUDE. Thanks Kenneth for letting me spout off. Pat

Hello Pat, Here's a perfect example where adversity creates opportunity. Not to direct any answers at any inividuals but take the negative comments and turn them into an FAQ to show what your product really does. Each negative you can oppose to with facts will do 2 things: strengthen the product's want or need AND strengthen the public's view of your expertise. Let's say that someone says they can't consider your program because it's affiliate payout is too low. They don't see how they will make any real amount of money. You can show, if it's fact, the product sells so easily to 1000's that if the affiliate's payoff was $1.00 for each item sold there is a $1000.00 income. I just recently had a gentleman write to me because of my last name. He served with a fellow Marine with the same last name as I during the Korean war era and he wanted to know if we were related and would like to get in touch with him. This led to us talking about our businesses and he made the statement about the affiliate payout being too low in one of my programs. So I mentioned since most people use it for free anyway the service is the same with my product or elsewhere but when people want the extras at their fingertips they can save time by upgrading the service. In turn others that do the same below you will pay you back as well. After 2 upgrades you are in profit. I know I'm being vague here but my point is any cashflow where you get more value and time savings is a positive. So I showed with facts that their negative thoughts were unsubstantiated and that they could find benefit in the product/service in question. Also, when doing this kind of FAQing put it out in front of everyone via forums, newsletters and more. Show you are ready to answer all questions anyone may have. Last, not all products/services is for everyone. We all need to remember you chose what you did because you found it believable for you to what it offers. You found benefits that you needed or wanted. Try convincing someone to buy a swimcap for their head when they can't swim and have fear of the water. Or try selling a rubber jar grip to open screw cap jars to an amputee. So, if a person opposes turn their answers into means to strengthen your products/services and move on. That was a great explantion. I really have not been over here long enough to know about forums, but I know that I get hundreds of invitations and it would be impossible to join all. I also get dozens of invites to forums, and no way could I visit all. I also had lots of people invite me to be friends and pitch me on their deals, I was thinking that's NOT the way you treat friends. Thanks for the explantion. Di
