He had been on my 3rd level, but the person above him quit awhile ago, so that person missed out on $527!  Then the winnings rolled up a level so the person on the 6th level received the $527 that the quitter would have received.  Lotto Magic administration keeps track of the numbers of quitters also, many of them would have matched 5 in future drawings and won a few thousand dollars if they hadn't quit.
