Yes, it certainly is not a simple plan to apply. As I suggested to Shirley, perhaps a person could try eliminating one category of food items at a time to see if that makes a difference. If not, you could add them back. Then try eliminating another category until you make it through the list. Of course, this could take quite a few weeks to determine if something you are eating is making your fibromyalgia worse.
