Julia Rose is stable but still in intensive care. She is able to speak and move around, but just a little. The Young family is very greatfull for the support that they have been getting through out the tri state area and other states as well. Lets try to keep the support going and get as many people to join this cause.

Julia has 3rd degree burns 80% of her body.

One Teenage girl remains hospitalized in intensive care after sustaining Severe burns , when a friend threw gas onto a campfire. The group of kids set the fire in a wooded area Saturday night March 14, 2009. Firefighters arrived within minutes of the call just before 8:00 pm . The injured girls were transported by helicopters to Westchester Medical Center/Maria Fareri Childrens Hospital-PICU in Valhalla, New York. The fifteen year old girl is very badly burned and has to undergo the first of many surgery's . She will be in Maria Fareri Childrens Hospital-PICU for about 4 to 6 months and then up to 2 years of reconstructive surgery. My husband (Deli) Dave Insinga works for Young Brothers Cafe on Van Houten Ave. in Clifton ,, His boss is Jerry Young and this story is about Jerry's 15 year old daughter..Julia Rose Young. This is so very sad and we all just hope and pray that she will make it. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
