The lowest average amount of Florida Lotto winnings for matching 3 numbers is $5, so 10% of that would be 50 cents. For matching 4 numbers, the average is $70 so 10% is $7. Matching 5 numbers averages a win of $5,000. Matching 6 numbers is the jackpot!
