Ummm...what do you expect an answer to that? Keep the parts you like but the parts themselves aren't fun without the full body, maybe just remove the yacking and the thought-processes that annoy you, and make sure you always get to hold the TV remote.  Good?  Okay, the mind is 50%+ anyway, so removal of annoyance sounds like half. Keep the outside, maybe remove some flab, sounds like a project.

Just to be able to fuse the cerebral cortex part of the brain before it alerts her to associate 27 other jobs to the particular one I'm engaged in at the moment.
