Thank you for sharing this story and translating. I cannot read
french.

I thought the story very interesting, thought provoking and
quite true when everyone keeps paying their bills they owe,
it keeps the money flowing from one pocket to the next.

However in the real world, someone stops the momentum of
paying on time (Usually the Govt as they are known to be
always at least 3 months behind, but low and behold if you
are behind paying them - it is a different story) so this causes
problems as the next person cannot pay because they are
waiting for their money.

This is so True... There is and would always be an Abundance of Money for Everyone and Everywhere if Money was kept flowing freely... Money is Energy and as Energy it needs to circulate... but, as soon as we stop circulating money - at any level - because of fear most of the time, we stop the flow of energy and start experimenting the lack of... Money!
