Interesting.  WHY??? 

My Aunt Mary would say she wished she could unscrew her large breasts and replace them with smaller, as if we were mannequins and could replace parts that easily.  What would you replace your arm with? Or just be one-armed? That's not fun, you'd be physically unbalanced then, not just emotionally unbalanced. LOL :)
