Archie was right then and seems to be right on target today when discussing the "Progressive Movement" Progressing to what! May I ask... Ancient Rome?

Hi All,

Ever wonder what the difference is between a Grandfather and Grandmother? You're about to find out. :)

Shalom,

Peter

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between Grandmothers
and Grandfathers? Well, here it is:

There was this loving grandfather who always made a special effort
to spend time with his son's family on weekends. Every Saturday
morning he would take his 7-year-old granddaughter out for a drive
in the car for some quality time - pancakes, ice cream, candy --
just him and his granddaughter.

One particular Saturday, however, he had a bad cold and really
didn't feel like being up at all. He knew his granddaughter always
looked forward to their drives and would be disappointed. Luckily,
his wife came to the rescue and said that she would take their
granddaughter for the drive and breakfast.

When they returned, the little girl anxiously ran upstairs to see
her grandfather who was still in bed. "Well, did you enjoy your ride
with grandma?" he asked. "Not really, Pa Pa, it was really boring.
We didn't see a single asshole, queer, lesbian, piece of crap,
horse's ass, liberal pinko-democrat Obama lover, blind bastard,
dip****, Muslim camelhumper or son of a ***** anywhere we went!"

Almost brings a tear to your eye, doesn't it?

May Wisdom and the knowledge you gained go with you,

Hello everyone, here is another Jeanne Robertson video. She cracks me up calling her husband Left Brain. LOL I guess it's better than No Brain though. :)

Hello everyone, here's one that's been around for a while but still hilarious. I got a good laugh out of it when I got it in my inbox today, and yes I have to agree, it's a man thing. :)

As a bagpiper, I play many gigs. Recently I was asked by a
funeral director to play at a graveside service for a homeless
man. He had no family or friends, so the service was to be at a
Pauper's' cemetery in the back country.

As I was not familiar with the backwoods, I got lost and,
being a typical man, I didn't stop for directions.

I finally arrived an hour late and saw the funeral guy had evidently
gone and the hearse was nowhere in sight. There were only the
diggers and crew left and they were eating lunch.

I felt badly and apologized to the men for being late. I went to the
side of the grave and looked down and the vault lid was already in
Place. I didn't know what else to do, so I started to play.

The workers put down their lunches and began to gather around. I played out my heart and soul for this man with no family and friends.I played like I've never played before for this homeless man.

And as I played 'Amazing Grace,' the workers began to weep. They wept, I wept, we all wept together. When I finished I packed up my bagpipes and started for my car. Though my head hung low, my heart was full.

As I opened the door to my car, I heard one of the workers say, "I
never seen nothin' like that before and I've been putting in septic
tanks for twenty years."

Apparently I'm still lost..........it's a man thing
