I am not sure about what I got involved it yet. I have only been in this program a couple of hrs. but if its like any other programs and your down line isnt doing anything then go find some more that will do something. when you get them in they will let you know who they are. also even if they are just using the products what i take of it your still making a percentage of that arent you??? When i got started I had 2500 pre enrollies and 10 member associates..guess i was waiting on a certain number to make sure i had a downline. let me know if this answers what you was asking
