YOUR LAST DAY

I went to see my new M.D.
And sat and waited patiently.
Then when he showed up bye and bye,
He said, “My friend you’re going to die.”
He’s the M.D. and he most know
And so I asked, “When will I go?”
“The end may come just any day;
For even me it’s hard to say.”
You have heard these words before.
But the truth you just ignore.
You also have this same M.D.
A Master of Divinity.
Your death is sure; no one knows when.
For it’s the fate of all earth’s men.
This truth no one would dare deny.
“It is appointed once to die.”
Read on and see what God has said;
There’s more than just we’ll all be dead.
And here is where most men are flawed.
They doubt their judgment before God.
Since death and judgment you can’t beat,
You can prepare your God to meet.
For He Himself has made a way
For you to miss that judgment day.
God sent His Son to take your place
And by His blood your sins erase.
So call on Christ without delay
And be prepared for your last day.
Hebrews 9:27-28 “And as it is appointed unto men once to die,
but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear
the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear
the second time without sin unto salvation.”(KJV)
