You're right about smoking and non-smoking in restaurants, I once went on a rant in IHOP (International House of Pancakes) about how the smoke goes up to the ceiling and spreads out and drops down on everyone and our food.  The people at surrounding tables in the non-smoking area suddenly seemed disgruntled.

What's funny about pianists?  It depends on how it's pronounced!  Pee-AN-ist or PEEnist.  What exactly is the career of a concert peenist, does he use his fingers to play the piano or some other body part?  Do the tickets to see a concert peenist cost more or less than tickets to see a concert pee-AN-ist?

Under the new tax tables in USA, we'll get taxed on EVERY dollar, starting with the first and only dollar, even we earn just one from now on, we're gonna lose 8 cents out of it.  Now ya really can't frame 92 cents, can ya?  That takes all the fun out of everything.
