I think this recipe is similar to one my mother used to make years ago. If so, I remember it as being tasty.
Marinated Carrots
2 pounds carrots sliced thin and cooked 10 minutes
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
Drain carrots and add other vegetables. Combine last 3 ingredients and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least one day before serving.
