Great message!  I hope you don't mind, but I have to read your write up to a group of men that I serve with in our Church.  Not that they need it, but it is a very encouraging message to those who do serve willingly. 

I would much rather surround myself with servant hearts than leaders any day.

"Switch to simple mode" in blue top left of the screen when you go to post.
