Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a large Dutch-American city. There are lots of imported Dutch foods in most of the stores and we still hear a lot of people speaking the language and kids calling their grandparents "Oma" and "Opa" out there in public. I don't know much, I married into it, my husband's "people" speak Dutch and Indonesian and English.
