Hi Alain Hey, I have slowed down. I had an accident in the bathroom last night and am very stiff and sore. It sound silly what happened, I put my foot up on the commode to put on lotion and my heel must have been wet, becaise my foot slipped into the commode and I lost control. I was thrown on the floor with a big thump. I hit my back, over shoulder on the wall and it is what is really hurting, mostly when I stoop and come back up,plus my foot is sore too. But I am so thankful that I didn't break any bones. I just kept saying thank you, thankyou Lord. I do keep my angel busy. I can sit and work on the internet, my chair feels good on my back and I prop up my foot. So I will still ask people to be my friend. I can't let something get me down. I am to determined. I will be ok, don't worry. Myrna |
