To my friends and family here at Adland,

For two years now, I have had the pleasure of watching you bestow this honor on each other.  It is truly the blessings of our friendships.  I am blessed and highly favored and I thank you for honoring me yet again. 

It has been a world-wind of a new year.  I can tell that, for many, changes have come upon us and has led us to be very busy with our studies, work, families and adventures.  I hope that all is well with each of you and that all will be abundantly blessed through our Lord.  Each day when the sun rises, it is my hope that you will greet the world with love in your heart and that peace besets on your porch. 

For those of you who do not know me and have not read my About Me, LOL,  I have been married for 26.3 years and have two fantastic children.  We are a blessed family to be able to home school our children.  I'm not sure who will graduate first, the children or the teachers!  LOL!  It is good!  Yes, I am a Trekkie.

I work full time in a position that has a broad spectrum from graphic designer to network administrator to chief problem solver.  There are many hats in between and all have kept me very busy this year.  Last year my employer bestowed upon me the title Employee of the Year along with a few more hats as a reward.  :)  I believe it better to be too busy than not busy at all, except when sleeping.  Ha!  Sleep?

Lately, when I have time, I like to spend my time chatting with you and updating the Unofficial Adland Bulletin Board.  It is a great pleasure to travel around the forums to see what new forums have been created.  Yes, I miss a few so it is up to all of you to keep me informed of those that I miss.  There is only one way to know.... visit the Bulletin Board daily! (BULLETIN BOARD)  I can't believe it!  The 2nd Anniversary is about to roll past us.  Wow!  It sure has been fun and I thank all of you for making it become special.  Maybe we will get to chat again sometime soon!  LOL!

I have also very much enjoyed being on the BFA (Best Forum Award) Team.  It has also kept me very busy at certain times of the month trying to keep up with Pauline, John and Bogdan!  I thought I was busy!  Please continue your support for the BFA each month.  (Psst!  We have a newsletter. )  Remember, nominate, nominate, nominate and then vote!

Even though lately I have had very little time to be online, I look forward to spending time here in Adland seeing all of your wonderful smiles.  If I could, I would visit each of you and give you a great big hug!  So, consider yourself hugged today!  It would be an honor if you would all visit my HUGS AROUND THE WORLD blog and leave your hugs.  (See the Bulletin Board for the link).

YOU are FANTASTIC!! Most of us "oldies" remember when you were a newbie! We wish all new members would run in and shake up this place in such a positive way as quickly as you did!!
You're a touchstone on the greatness that can be accomplished here, by people who truly appreciate other people! So most of the former POTW's who are still here and POSITIVE really do deserve re-recognition!! Actually your recognition never waned one bit!
I remember you and Judy and Terry coming in to make a fun time of my "articles" including the one about "Would YOU hire YOU?"...if you had an employee who dropped papers under the desk and didn't retrieve them until later when the papers had shoe-prints on them...would YOU hire YOU???
LOL! I don't drop things that much anymore, but the top of my desk is still about 3-inches high of papers that say 2006 on the bottom of the pile! It's ALL important!!
