The Wonders Of Water... Hmmmmm

  About Drinking Water!

The following will probably amaze and startle you.

One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of dieters, according to an Australian study at Bond University.

Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Research indicates that 8 - 10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short term memory, trouble with basic maths, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen (watch out Adlanders!).

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and you are less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

Of course, TOO much water may have strange side effects.

Hello John,

Lotsa pros for drinking water do you think the strange side affects will cause many to abandon it?

That woman could balance it out with beer and have a gut that would support the excessive weight/balloon effect caused by H2O.

Shalom,

Peter

as this photo shows...

Hi John,

It is good to be reminded of the benefits of water from time to time.  I do drink a lot of it, though I have never "benefited" from the side effect you are showing us here!!

LOL - you always make it fun!

Hugs,

Judy
