Hello to all of You, My Dearest Friends!

Some of you have written to me with concerns about the fact that I am not here as much, that I withdraw myself from the POTW and, are even worried that I would quit AdlandPro...




Let me just explain here some aspects to clear any concerns...

- I have a lot of changes in my life actually, business wise, that prevents me from being present here as much as I used to be or I would like to be. I need to be away on the road much more and even when home still have some work to do... plus, the home based business that I am building on the side. This alone is the reason why I am not as present here anymore. But, know that I Love all of You Dear Friends and that I will not leave AdlandPro... in fact, I am actually cleaning out many of the other social networks I was a member of to keep only very few of them... and, I will keep AdlandPro for sure... No need to worry ;-) I really like AdlandPro and love the people.

- regarding the POTW, I have been reflecting on this for quite some time before taking my decision. This decision is based on personal reasons that I want to keep as personal... but, I can tell you that I feel much better now that my decision is taken. In essence, I am here for the people I love, My Friends, and to do some marketing for my business... I want to devote the time I have here to these persons that are important to me and not running around to keep up with all there is going on.

there is nothing to be concerned about...

Let me try and understand what I just read -

I am truly sorry to read that you have come under some
conditions that I do not know apparently exist in the TOS to be nominated for any Spotlight event here.
The only event I do know of is POTW and as I understand
this, you have been a member for the required time to be nominated.

This grieves me very much that some members have written
these concerns...

What poppycock, to whom ever said that to be a member on
Adlandpro you have to be posting and being seen on a daily
basis.

I can see you are participating by your posts record and
are being seen and making friends.

This is nothing more than someone's idea of control.

There are days on end that I do not post although I am
always logged on - just out of habit.. and no one has ever
challenged me on being a consistence participator and I
have still been selected for various Spotlight forum events
that I have not requested anyone to nominate me, and for
the record never voted for myself either.  So, maybe by
their logic, I should not be accepting any featured events
either!!?

Most of us still have a life outside of Adlandpro and also
many have careers and jobs in the 'real world' which takes
up most of ones day so I think some people are being
extremely unreasonable to write these concerns in the first
place.

Dearest Amanda,
I think now there are some confusion or misunderstanding...

Some of my friends here were worried about me not being as present here or from seeing me requesting not to be nominated as POTW and, they were even wondering if I was thinking of quitting AdlandPro... this is why I made that post.

This has nothing to do with the rules of anyone or of the POTW... I just decided for personal reasons not to be nominated and participate in the POTW contest... my own choice!

These are two different things all together and there is nothing wrong at all!
