You're not late!  I had closed at 4 pm eastern a few weeks when someone suggested I leave 24 hours for a tie-breaker, but there haven't been any ties for a long time!  Now I'm closing at 7 tonight and if there's a tie, we'll have a tie-breaker, if not, I might just open the new poll tonight.
