Hello friends,
It is snowing here today (really beautiful) and since we have only been living here in our new log home for a month we are not used to all the views from the windows.
Earlier today my husband asked me if someone dropped a pile of dirt at the front of our house. I looked out the window and I could see a big pile of dirt with snow on it. We couldn't figure out what it was or how it got there.
So of course my husband tromped out through the yard to explore this new pile of dirt in our yard.
He came back and told me the pile of dirt is the root of a tree that had fallen over with the weight of the ice and snow, along with its weakened roots because it is next to where the driveway was graded.
I kept looking out the window and I couldn't see it. It still looked like a pile of dirt to me. He continued to describe how the tree had fallen over, but it was caught on another tree, so it was not lying on the ground.
After he described exactly what I should be seeing, I suddenly could see it... the uprooted tree, the mound of dirt around the roots, the leaning tree trunk wedged in between two other trees.
It suddenly became perfectly clear.
Then I said to my husband, "That is like life, isn't it? We often cannot see what is right in front of us because we cannot conceive of it. We don't understand it and we cannot perceive it."
Often we think that something is not possible because we do not understand it; we cannot yet perceive it.
Just because we do not understand it does not mean it is not there... or that it is not possible.
See what I mean?
Everything you want is RIGHT THERE in front of you, in plain view, and perhaps you cannot see it because you simply don't believe it is there.
What if you believed anything is possible?
Everything is possible; it's right there in front of us. We just cannot see it YET.
If we could learn to open our eyes to the possibilities we would be able to see that everything is possible. Everything.
So, the next time you think it is not possible to be, do or have something you want in your life, KNOW that it IS possible.
It's right there in front of you, waiting for you to accept the possibility and ALLOW.
Have a fabulously blessed day and know that all things really are possible.
