Congrats on being featured, Alain!  You better hope your girlfriend doesn't read it or she'll nag you about the wedding date! 

Good luck with selling, sometimes it's great and sometimes very slow, you know that.  Especially down here in USA recently.  BUT I think it will pick up again soon when we get our income tax refunds!!
