	Hi Thomas, Thank you for the great post. I believe in living for today, as tomorrow when it comes turns into today. And tomorrow is not promised to any of us. I know a lot of us try not to look back into the past, but at times that is hard not to do. I catch myself at times doing it, and remember all my loved ones that have gone before me.
