It was interesting to read about you.I watched the movie "Australia" some months ago and got some insight in your country and that part of the world.I have understood that racism has been a problem during many years, that was a big part of the message in the movie, but through a war people seems to wake up though and hopefully turn from racism rather than to it.

Nothing evil(war), which hasn´t anything good to bring with it.

Wow!  Australia has been at the top of my list for vacations for some time.  Thomas' little history lesson has got it circled!  Now, I just need to go!  LOL!!!   Sorry to hear of the terrible fires and the losses over there.  Hope the rain comes soon and brings and end to it.

So, John lives in a 'Sunshine State' also (FL is the Sunshine State in the USA).  That could mean you stay in a 'state of sunshine' in your attitude rather than a geographical location, which I think is true from what I know of you  ;-)

I hope the horrible brush fires aren't endangering your area and that they don't cause too much damage or injuries.
