My email program has the Bcc that I can just click on and insert the email addresses there. Another thing I do then is to delete all the previous email addresses in the email. You can either just backspace through them or highlight them and click on delete. That way none of the previous emails are listed, plus the ones in Bcc aren't listed to the recipients either.
