We count ALL the nominations (from qualified Nominators) and the person with the MOST will win, and if there's a tie like last time when there was a 3-way tie, there will be a tie-breaker held from shortly after 7 pm until midnight Tuesday night.
The tie-breaker is also a write-in, just 1 name, and we count those also, from qualified voters (first & last name, location, active forum and 30 days membership).
