James & Billy, Yes, As I sat watching all this yesterday, I caught on to that. Bush was suppose to have released some reserve , Then I seen people at wall street clapping as prices of the barrels went down, at the same time prices at the pump are going up! Maybe I missed something here I don't think so.... You are so right! They are gouging us!
