I'm glad to see you!  I hope by "tests" you mean this will keep away multiple accounts from voting at the last minute, that can't happen now.  People who make nominations need to be here for 30 days, and that's the vote, the list of 7 nominations IS part of the vote.  No clicks coming in from new people with zero activity.
