Hi Alain,

I just thought of something when I read this post agian. About Firefox not working.  I had this problem, I think I found it by going under VIEW, then ADBLOCK, I think you have it blocked, and need to be unblocked.   I wasn't able to do anything, but I could us IE....  Check it out and,,,,,,,,,, See what happens
